Keeping your customs clean and well maintained will extend their lifespan and ensure they remain comfortable and stylish. Here's comprehensive guide on how to care for your custom crocs.
Hand washing: Fill a sink up with cold water and mild soap. Use a soft brush or cloth and gently scrub the crocs.
Drying: Once wash is complete - Sit outside or in a room temperature area and allow to air dry. We "DO NOT" recommend using a blow dryer to dry them.

What is your processing times?
We take pride in the craftmanship of our custom shoes. Upon placing your order, your custom shoes will enter our production queue. The typical turnaround time is 14 business days, during which our artisans will meticulously create your personalized shoes. Once completed, your order will be shipped.
Is it possible to have my custom in a shorter time frame than 14 business days?
It's possible but not likely. There are a few factors that play a role in how quickly you would receive your custom. We do not recommend placing an order with the expectation of receiving it before the 14 days. However, if we can do so, then we will and we will communicate with you. Our custom processing times is 14 business days from the date of purchase.
